SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover text messages sent by StyleMatchMe, owned and operated by The Barbery Republic LLC. By giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and choosing to have your match results texted to you on stylematchme.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using StyleMatchMe or buying anything; you can always choose email or just view results on the site.

2. What we send and how often

When you ask us to text your results, we send one message per request with a link to your results. We don't send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them. If you do, we'll tell you how often to expect them when you sign up.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We aren't responsible for charges from your carrier.

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for. We never share or sell mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our texting provider sends messages on our behalf.

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed and may depend on your carrier and coverage.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StyleMatchMe isn't liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience from using the text service, as further described in our Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't opt in to texts.
